Started this series exposing various herbs, roots, etc. that have proven medicinal properties.

The first entries are as follows:

I’ve personally used garlic to fight cold/flu symptoms swallowing one clove of garlic before breakfast. If that’s not enough, I add one more on the evening and that’s usually enough.

We use black pepper in our cooking. Turmeric is the only one we’re not currently using, but seems we should soon.

Hope you find those useful. Was an interesting research piece for me.
